为认真贯彻落实习近平总书记两次考察云南重要讲话精神以及2020年访缅重要成果，借助展会平台，扩大对缅开放，助力中缅经济走廊建设和打通中国云南—缅甸仰光—印度洋集装箱海公铁联运新通道，巩固和深化中缅首届边交会成果，临沧市经与缅方共同协商，并报云南省商务厅批准，临沧市人民政府与缅甸商务部贸易促进局、掸邦腊戍市政府定于2021年8月25—29日，与2021商洽会同期线上举办以“共建新走廊，续写胞波情”为主题的“第二届中国（临沧）—缅甸（腊戍）边境经济贸易交易会”。
In order to earnestly implement the spirit of two important speeches by General Secretary Xi Jinping and the important achievements of visiting Myanmar in 2020, expand the opening of China to Burma with the help of the exhibition platform, help to build the Bangladesh-China-India-Myanmar Economic Corridor and open up a new channel launch of container sea, highway and rail transportation across Yunnan (China)-Yangon (Myanmar)- Indian Ocean, and consolidate and deepen the outcomes of the first China (Lincang)-Myanmar (Lashio) Border Economic and Trade Fair, after consultation with Myanmar side and and getting the approval of the Department of Commerce of Yunnan Province, Lincang Municipal People's Government, the Department of Trade Promotion of Myanmar Ministry of Commerce, and Lashio Government of Shan State will hold the "2rd China (Lincang)-Myanmar (Lashio) Border Economic and Trade Fair" with the theme of "building a new corridor and continuing the friendship" online at the same time as the 2021 SSACEIF on August 25-29, 2021.
